Quincy was extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained the cleaning process and everything I could expect throughout my service appointment. He was punctual and thorough on my day of service he even sent me updates throughout the day as to where he was in my home and how much longer I should expect him to take until the cleaning was completed. I am very pleased with the end result. My carpet looks brand new although there were some tough spots and stains in need of removal. Would highly recommend and plan to reach back out the next time I’m in need of a cleaning.
