Please let your technician know about any particular spots or problem areas before the cleaning starts, as these might require special treatment. Also, be sure to present any applicable coupons or discounts upon arrival.
VACUUMING AND SWEEPING
To streamline the cleaning process, please vacuum or sweep your floors beforehand. This simple step helps us complete the job more efficiently.
SPECIAL HANDLING REQUESTS
If you have delicate furniture pieces that require careful handling, such as wobbly tables or fragile legs, kindly inform your technician in advance.
REMOVING BREAKABLES
Before our technicians move any furniture, please take a moment to remove fragile items like picture frames or glass decorations from tables and shelves to prevent any accidents.
FLOOR CLEARANCE
While our team is happy to assist with moving small furniture pieces, clearing the floor of items like dining chairs and potted plants before we arrive will help reduce overall service time.
LARGE FURNITURE ITEMS
Please note that we are unable to move heavy furniture, such as entertainment centers, sectionals, or china cabinets. Additionally, delicate or valuable pieces, including antiques, will remain in place to avoid potential damage. However, we will clean thoroughly around these items.
SECURING DRAPES AND SKIRTS
To prevent fabric from touching damp carpets, please pin up any floor-length drapes or upholstered furniture skirts at least six inches from the floor.
PET SAFETY
Our equipment can be quite loud, which may cause stress for your pets. To ensure their comfort and safety, please keep them in a quiet, separate area while we work.
CHILD SAFETY
For safety reasons, please keep an eye on your children during our visit. Our professional-grade equipment is powerful and should not be handled by little hands. Kindly remind your kids that our tools are not playthings.
AFTER OUR VISIT IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
Leave the protective plastic tabs we place under your furniture for at least 24 hours after cleaning. Damp carpets can absorb dyes and paints from furniture, leading to stains.
Although our cleaning solutions are non-toxic, we recommend keeping small children and pets off the carpet until it has completely dried. Also, please walk on the freshly cleaned carpet only with clean footwear.
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your carpets and upholstery, we suggest vacuuming at least once a week with a high-quality vacuum. If you need recommendations, we’d be happy to assist.
